Join us for this FREE PBNM Desi Group monthly meeting to learn about using a plant based diet to prevent and reverse chronic disease.
Hosted by Venkata Vedam, this is a VOLUNTARY POTLUCK. So bring a dish to pass if you like, but don’t fret if not. All Potluck food needs to be Whole Food Plant Based-No Oil (that means fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans/legumes, nuts/seeds). Looking for ideas or recipes? Each meeting will feature a specific topic, a brief video will be played about the topic, you’ll enjoy some tasty plant based foods, and we’ll have a Q&A as well.
The purpose of PBNM Groups is to support your effort towards good health by preventing and reversing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer by eating more plant based foods. We support and welcome all individuals no matter where they are in their personal journey.
PBNM Groups will allow you to experience first hand how wonderful plant based foods can be while learning many health topics and connecting with other people working toward good health.
