Features: I am a member of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association. We conduct public seminars worldwide. I participate in the Indiana, Illnois, and Kentucky events as the MC and I collect flyers such as yours for our folders. We teach a meditation method that requires a vegetarian (meeatless, eggless) diet; preferably vegan and info other than ours (which provides biblical, compassionate, health, and enviromental reasons) to enhance the message. We encourage at least 10 days a month if stopping is difficult. My next assignment is in May in Frankfort to where I drive from Chicago. A definite date has not been set, though it is confirmed that it will be done in May since the March event could have been more successful. 2 attendees both signed up to practice the meditation and the vegetarian diet.
