You
can also order materials from 5-a-Day.
The materials are in PDF format (get
the free PDF reader).
The PDF format produces high quality
documents ready to photocopy into leaflets, brochures, etc.
PDF files may not load correctly the first time, so you
may have to reload the page.
When
possible, we have included a Word (.doc) version of our
materials.
Word allows you can alter the materials to fit your specific
needs. Please note that the formatting may shift with different
